Return Policy:
Most nativesprings.org items can be returned by mail, with original proof of purchase, within 20 days of purchase. However, water products may not be returned once they are purchased.
Returning an item
You must send an email to info@nativesprings.org indicating applicable purchase information, clearly identifying your purchase. Additionally, you will need to indicate the item being returned and the reason(s) for the return. Please note that items that have been worn or have exceeded the 20 day from purchase criteria may not be returned or exchanged.
Securely pack the merchandise and ship to nativesprings.com via US Postal Service or UPS using the pre-addressed shipping label provided to you by a Native Springs Representative. Remember to insure your package.
We'll process your return within 7 days of receipt. We'll notify you via email when your exchange has been approved, received and processed.
